Presidential Campaign Representation
A representative from Andrew Yang's Campaign is scheduled to attend.

New Hampshire Democratic Delegate Selection Process
We will have a presentation at our Meeting that should take about 20 minutes, regarding the Delegate Selection Process.  The Affirmative Action Committee (AAC) was appointed by the State Democratic Chair earlier this year to encourage full participation by all Democrats in the delegate selection process and all Party affairs. As such, the Strafford County AAC will be rolling out an informational presentation to encourage the participation in the delegate selection process of historically underrepresented communities of African Americans, Latinx/Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, women, people who experience disabilities, LGBTQ+, seniors, and youth (18-36).

This presentation will first provide an overview of the Delegate Selection Process in the lead up to the National Convention in Milwaukee and second to present the goals of the Affirmative Action goals aimed at increasing delegate diversity. Specifically New Hampshire is seeking to fill 16 District-Level Delegates - 8 delegates from each congressional district.
I think the presentation should take no more than 20 min excluding any questions that might arise. Copies of the presentation will be provided so I do not anticipate we will require anything else besides participants. At this stage I do not know which AAC member(s) will be making the presentation.
